On September 20, I felt God speak these words to me:
“I will move you out of your place of comfort, but I will not leave you or forsake you. I will cover you and lead you with My presence.”
Since then, the pressure has increased. If I’m honest, I feel like I’m in limbo—caught between what was and what’s next.
Maybe you know that feeling too. You’re doing your best to trust God, but the next step isn’t clear yet. The waiting can feel unsettling, and the pressure can make you wonder if you’re facing it alone.
A few years ago, I was walking to my deer stand before sunrise. My headlamp showed me the path only as far as its beam reached. The Lord used that moment to remind me: walking with Him is like that. He may not show me the whole journey, but He’ll give me enough light to keep moving toward where He’s leading me. Walk in the light you have.
God gave Moses this promise at an in-between moment, as he faced the unknown road ahead: “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” — Exodus 33:14
If you’re in an in-between season, hold on to this: you may not see the whole path, but you can take the next step with God. His presence goes with you.
