For it was only through this wonderful grace that we believed in him. Nothing we did could ever earn this salvation, for it was the gracious gift from God that brought us to Christ! So no one will ever be able to boast, for salvation is never a reward for good works or human striving.

Religious people who continuously apply themselves to rigorous do’s and don’ts are always hoping they will make heaven. Jesus people know they will make heaven! The difference is being born again by the Spirit of the living God.  When you accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, you are raised to life! Though we were once dead in our transgressions and separated from God, we are now reconnected to our Spiritual Father and made alive in Christ Jesus!  We have received forgiveness of sin, our debt has been paid, and we are no longer under the penalty of death! 

This “realm of death” describes our former state, for we were held in sin’s grasp. But now, we’ve been resurrected out of that “realm of death” never to return, for we are forever alive and forgiven of all our sins!

Colossians 2:13 (TPT)

We become new creations in Christ Jesus, and by His Spirit, in us, we become His sons and daughters.  No longer slaves to sin, but we have been made right with God! 

And his fullness fills you, even though you were once like corpses, dead in your sins and offenses. It wasn’t that long ago that you lived in the religion, customs, and values of this world, obeying the dark ruler of the earthly realm who fills the atmosphere with his authority, and works diligently in the hearts of those who are disobedient to the truth of God. The corruption that was in us from birth was expressed through the deeds and desires of our self – life. We lived by whatever natural cravings and thoughts our minds dictated, living as rebellious children subject to God’s wrath like everyone else. But God still loved us with such great love. He is so rich in compassion and mercy. Even when we were dead and doomed in our many sins, he united us into the very life of Christ and saved us by his wonderful grace! He raised us up with Christ the exalted One, and we ascended with him into the glorious perfection and authority of the heavenly realm, for we are now co-seated as one with Christ!

There is no reason for any born-again believer in a relationship with Him to ever doubt their eternal home! Heaven is our home! Not by anything we have done but God in His mercy stooped down to save us through the shedding of the blood of His own Son! He made Him become sin so that we can be made right with God AND PUT HIS SPIRIT IN US!

And you did not receive the “spirit of religious duty,” leading you back into the fear of never being good enough. But you have received the “Spirit of full acceptance,” enfolding you into the family of God. And you will never feel orphaned, for as he rises up within us, our spirits join him in saying the words of tender affection, “Beloved Father!” For the Holy Spirit makes God’s fatherhood real to us as he whispers into our innermost being, “You are God’s beloved child!”

YOU WILL NEVER FEEL ORPHANED!! Why?

The Holy Spirit makes God’s fatherhood real to us !!!

Child of God 

You have been translated from darkness to light! 

Your sins are forgiven! 

You have been raised to life and seated in Heavenly places with Christ, Jesus! He has put His Spirit in you! 

You are a new creation! 

Your old has passed, and the new has come! He is for you and not against you.  He swore an oath to save you, and He will keep you! Nothing can separate His love from you.   This hope we have will never fade! Satan is defeated! Jesus conquered death, hell, and the grave, and heaven is our home! Your name has been written in the Lambs Book of Life! 

There is no power above us or beneath us—no power that could ever be found in the universe that can distance us from God’s passionate love, which is lavished upon us through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One!
